Welcome to the Client Portal Guide!
This guide is designed to walk you through the various functionalities available in our Client Portal. You’ll discover how to navigate your dashboard, request a pickup, download reports, and look up assets.

Update Password
To change your password, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Client Portal account.
2. On the top right corner, click your username and then select “Edit Profile.”
3. On the left side, next to the menu, click on the password box.
4. Enter your new password.
5. If needed, update your profile information, including first and last name, and phone number.
6. Click Save.
Schedule an Order
Here are the steps to schedule a pick-up or drop-off:
1. Log into your Client Portal account.
2. On the left menu bar, select “Schedule Order”.
3. Fill out the contact, location, and pick-up details. The minimum information required would be:
– First and last name of the contact person.
– Address of the pick-up place or origin.
– Complete all the questions regarding your location.
– Number of pallets.
– Estimated weight.
– Preferred date
– Parking instructions for the truck.
– Specify any items over 100 lbs. or 36 inches, if applicable.
4. Attach the list of equipment or any related files.
5. Press “Save”.
Note:
– Do not need to fill out information about service requirements.
– If using a regular carrier, send equipment 2-3 days in advance. For white glove service, schedule with your account manager for a specific date or 3 weeks in advance.
Review Recycling Orders and Reports
To download your reports from the portal, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Client Portal account.
2. On the left menu bar, select “Orders”.
3. Then select “Recycling Orders” and then “Inbound Orders”.
4. Reports for all inbound orders with a completed status will be available for download.
5. Right-click on the inbound order to be reviewed and select:
– Reports (pdf): A report of the equipment received at pick-up by CDR Global.
– Reports (xlsx): A report of all the equipment audited.
– Files: An Excel document with the equipment fully processed, drives wiped, and a certificate of completion.
6. Click on any of these reports to download and review them.
Search Assets
Looking up your equipment from the portal is easy. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log into your Client Portal account.
2. On the left menu bar, select “Asset Vision”.
3. Use the search bar at the top left to type in the model or serial number of the equipment you’re looking for.
4. Click on the Apply button.
5. The portal will then display the units according to the model or serial number you typed in.

– Data Collection – Serialized/Awaiting full process
– Daily Production – Our daily processing status/Our production tracker workflow
– Need Review – Processed but not finalized
– Resale – Sold/Ready to be sold
– Detag – In process of being finalized (Scrapped)
– Scrap – Scrap
– Data Destruction – Should only be HDD/SSD’s in this workflow
