    When Brown first entered the IT asset disposition (ITAD) business, it was just a job and steady paycheck. After two years of learning the business, he and his close friend and colleague Damian Rodriguez, came to the realization that they could do the job themselves and do it better. In January 2003, Brown and Rodriguez purchased a surplus computer equipment company that sold refurbished equipment and called it CDR Global, Inc. Today, the company has clients in all 50 states and Canada.

    Rodriguez entered the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry as a computer broker in 1994, buying surplus computers and selling refurbished equipment to businesses, mostly other computer dealers. In 2003, Rodriguez and friend and colleague Robert Brown, along with a third partner, decided to form their own company – CDR Global. Rodriguez then earned an R2 certification for CDR Global. The R2 standard covers all aspects of used, obsolete ITAD management, including health, safety and security. In 2018, Rodriguez turned his focus to growing the company’s e-commerce division, which operates a storefront on eBay.

    Barton began his professional career in the commercial construction industry, eventually owning his own company. He joined CDR Global in 2008 as the company’s call center manager. Shortly after in 2009, he moved into a sales role. In 2013, he accepted the position as sales manager. In 2018, Barton was named CDR Global’s chief operating officer. As COO, Barton oversees the company’s day-to-day operations.

    With plans to finish up college and pursue a career in Information Technology (IT), Lanzner began in the e-Commerce department as a product lister in 2015. Lanzner worked as the e-Commerce Manager for a few years before accepting an additional Project Manager position as well as a Process Improvement Analyst. In 2019, he was named IT Director and currently oversees all internal and external IT needs.

    Brown learned the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) business from the ground up. Being the son of company founder, Robert Brown, Dalton began his career in the warehouse of CDR Global. There, he cleaned LCD monitors and other types of computer equipment for resale. In the seven years since, Brown worked in every department at CDR Global and moved into account management as a senior account manager and procurement team lead. Most recently, he was named the company’s business development manager. Today, Dalton, along with his father, is the face of CDR Global. Together, they travel across the country to build the company’s customer base and expand relationships with existing customers.

    Fletcher began his career with CDR Global in 2019, auditing PC equipment in the warehouse before being promoted to Team Lead in the production department shortly after. As production numbers grew, Royce was promoted to Production Manager where he took charge and lead the entire team with inspiration. In early 2021, Fletcher made the switch to e-Commerce Manager, where he took his growth and flourished in the e-Commerce department, reaching significant sales numbers for the company. Today, he resumed his role as the Production Manager after successfully scaling the e-Commerce department.

    A true company man and a pilar to CDR’s foundation, Nakvinda started off in the warehouse sorting and processing inbound material. His personality and positive attitude is infectious, and developing strategic partnerships came with ease for him. After six months’ time, Joe was promoted to Logistics Manager and has used his wonderful people-skills to develop and maintain a large network of shipping partners all over the country. He has maintained this role for the past 9 years.

    MaGee joined CDR Global with extensive customer service, sales and product knowledge. Before her employment with CDR, she spent many years developing the skills necessary to nurture and grow customer relationships. Since joining our team, MaGee has become our master sales guru.

    DeVille moved from California to Oklahoma with her kids at the forefront. When she joined the CDR team, she quickly understood our mission and made her way up as the Production Lead for our AM shift. Her guidance serves as great value to the whole staff.

    Morgan Stevens

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Stevens was hired and began her journey in our PC department. Her attention for detail was noticed right away, and she was offered a supporting role for our Procurement team. She works closely with our clients and servicing their needs in any way possible. She also thrives at servicing our employees and has adopted a role in our onboarding process with new hires.
