It’s official, our client portal is live! Our new and improved client portal is convenient, transparent and secure. With our new system, you are now able to self-manage and track your assets, inventory and orders anytime, anywhere. Did we mention it’s customizable and can integrate with your existing internal systems? You can also view billing details, download reports and certificates, and update site locations in real-time. - Email notifications and real-time updates so you never miss a change in order status.
- View and check the status of your assets line-by-line, in real-time – from processing to completion.
- Schedule pick-up requests and track inbound orders directly from their original site locations for an easier, faster way to find the information you need. As an added perk, we can also customize your site ID and location naming structure within the portal to align with your internal lists.
- Download on-demand reports in real-time for specific locations.
- Get a brief overview of running balances on the dashboard’s billing module so you don’t have to reach out to a representative, allowing for increased transparency and convenience.
- Download Certificates of Data Destruction (CODD), Environmental Impact Reports and more directly from the client portal.
- Reset your password, create site locations and add additional users through the portal.
