Robert Brown
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, VISIONARY
Robert Brown has been leading CDR Global for over 20 years and brings more than 25 years of experience in sales and business development. He has built a strong reputation as a leader in Technology Management and is recognized for his expertise in crafting long-term, client-focused solutions. In January 2003, Robert co-founded CDR Global, Inc. with two partners. Following their buyout, he became the sole owner and now serves as CEO. Under his leadership, the CDR Global team remains committed to delivering exceptional service—a standard that has attracted new clients and strengthened long-term relationships with existing partners. Today, CDR Global proudly serves clients around the globe.
Cliff Looney III
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Cliff has more than 17 years of accounting experience in various industries ranging from Banking, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Government, and ITAD. He is an Associate Member of the OSCPA and a proud graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where he received a B.S. in Accounting with 150 credit hours. He has more than 7 years of leadership experience and his focus is to build strong teams and processes that focus on accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of financial statements. He currently sits as the Chief Financial Officer for the company.
Mike Foley
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Mike has dedicated 12 years to the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry, where he has navigated all levels of Operations and has led teams of varying sizes. From orchestrating small, tightly knit groups to spearheading large-scale projects, he has a proven track record of success. Foley is driven by a deep passion for fostering operational excellence and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Joe Nakvinda
LOGISTICS MANAGER
A true company man and a pillar to CDR’s foundation, Joe started off in the warehouse sorting and processing inbound material. His personality and positive attitude is infectious, and developing strategic partnerships came with ease for him. After six months’ time, Joe was promoted to Logistics Manager and has used his wonderful people-skills to develop and maintain a large network of shipping partners all over the country. He has maintained this role for the past 13 years.
Brandon Kile
OUTBOUND SALES MANAGER
Brandon is the Outbound Sales Manager at CDR Global, where he oversees recycling, wholesale equipment, and online sales. With 10+ years in the industry, Brandon led the launch of a major project that automated inventory tracking across platforms, making operations smoother and faster. He’s known for his ability to adapt and solve problems, whether it’s fixing systems or building new ones. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys carpentry, refining systems and workflows, and making music in his home studio. He’s also a proud husband and father of two.
Maxx
CHIEF PAWSITIVITY OFFICER
Maxx is our 2-year-old Chief Pawsitivity Officer. He’s a black Lab who loves water, belly rubs, and chasing sticks. Rescued as a pup, Maxx brings smiles to the team every day. His favorite treats? Whipped cream. With his wagging tail and happy energy, Maxx keeps the office full of good vibes.
