Full Job Description

CDR Global is hiring part-time Warehouse Handlers and IT Asset Auditors to support our Oklahoma City warehouse. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable around technology, and take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

In this position, you may receive, sort, move, label, inspect, and document retired IT equipment. Depending on your skills and business needs, you may work with laptops, desktops, monitors, smartphones, tablets, networking equipment, servers, accessories, pallets, boxes, and electronic parts.

This is a fully on-site position. No remote work is available. Training will be provided, and candidates may be assigned to general warehouse handling, laptop auditing, miscellaneous equipment auditing, or a combination of these duties.

The Job Duties include but are not limited to:

 Receive, sort, stage, organize, and move IT assets, electronics, pallets, boxes, accessories, and warehouse materials.
• Inspect and identify equipment such as laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, smartphones, servers, networking equipment, printers, cables, peripherals, and electronic parts.
• Record serial numbers, asset tags, model numbers, quantities, condition details, and other required information accurately.
• Use internal systems, barcode scanners, spreadsheets, and assigned software to track assets and maintain inventory records.
• Label and stage equipment based on customer requirements, item condition, and processing, resale, refurbishment, recycling, or shipment needs.
• Assist with packing, palletizing, wrapping, loading, unloading, and preparing equipment for movement or shipment.
• Help maintain organized inventory flow and protect customer assets throughout the warehouse process.
• Identify damaged, incomplete, non-functional, mislabeled, or unusual equipment and report discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Support inventory-control activities, including counts, stock verification, and physical inventories.
• Safely operate approved warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, after training.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety practices, security requirements, and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to complete assigned work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, safety practices, and security requirements.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and availability for assigned part-time shifts.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work well with team members and supervisors.
• Verifiable work history required.
• Must be willing to complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• This is a fully on-site warehouse position; remote work is not available.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move pallets, carts, boxes, and equipment using approved warehouse tools, including pallet jacks after training.
