We can provide time and material billing or a full service contract 5 X 8 (Five days a week, 8 hours a day) option and a 7 X 24 coverage option tailored to your specific needs. We have the technicians on staff to service and repair many midrange systems, tape drives, and printers as well as PCs and notebooks. We stock most all of the parts that we have committed to support on a contractual basis. This in turn results in less downtime and interruption to your business. We can’t have the answer to every problem that arises, but we have well established relationships with numerous manufacturers that allow us to tap into their support structure as well as our own in the event of an equipment problem.
